Global Logistics
Precision Logistics for a Complex World
From loading terminal to final delivery, Traduco manages every link in the petroleum supply chain with rigour, speed, and full documentation compliance.
End-to-End Supply Chain Management
Moving petroleum products across international borders demands more than vessels and trucks. It requires deep expertise in documentation, customs, quality inspection, and counterparty coordination. Traduco's logistics capability is built on years of operational experience across African and European markets.
Transport Modes
Every Mode. Every Route.
Maritime Transport
We charter and operate a range of vessel types — VLCCs, Aframax, Handysize, and product tankers — matched to cargo volume, route, and port constraints. Our vessel selection process prioritises safety record, flag state compliance, and P&I club membership.
Road & Rail Distribution
For inland delivery and last-mile distribution, we coordinate certified road tanker operators and rail logistics partners. All road transport contractors are vetted for ADR compliance, insurance coverage, and driver certification.
Terminal & Storage
We maintain access to bonded storage terminals across ARA and key African ports, enabling flexible product positioning, blending, and just-in-time delivery. Tank allocation is managed to minimise demurrage and optimise product quality.
Documentation & Customs
Every shipment is supported by a complete documentation package: Bill of Lading, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin, SGS/Intertek inspection reports, and customs clearance documentation tailored to the destination country's requirements.
Our Process
Our Logistics Process
A structured, transparent workflow from order confirmation to final delivery.
Order Confirmation & Nomination
Upon contract execution, we confirm vessel nomination, loading port, and laycan window. All counterparties receive a detailed shipment schedule.
Loading & Inspection
Independent inspectors (SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas) attend loading to verify quantity and quality against contract specification. Shore tank and vessel figures are reconciled.
In-Transit Monitoring
Vessel position and ETA are monitored continuously. Any deviation from schedule is communicated immediately to the buyer with revised delivery projections.
Discharge & Outturn
At the discharge port, independent inspectors verify outturn quantity and quality. Any discrepancy against Bill of Lading figures is documented and resolved through our claims process.
Documentation Delivery
Full original documentation — BL, CoQ, CoO, inspection reports, and customs papers — is couriered or transmitted electronically within agreed timeframes.
